Bubble Grotto respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Bubble Grotto mobile application.
App Access & Personal Data
Bubble Grotto is designed to be enjoyed without an account or login. We do not personally collect, store, or have access to your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise physical location. All core gameplay progress is stored locally on your device.
Advertising & Mobile Identifiers
To support continued development, Bubble Grotto displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, such as Unity Ads.
- Data Collection: These third-party networks use Mobile Advertising Identifiers (such as the IDFA on iOS and the Google Advertising ID on Android), general location data (e.g., country or region), and app interaction data.
- Purpose: This data is used to deliver personalised advertisements, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud.
- iOS Tracking (ATT): On iOS devices, the app uses the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework to request your permission to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be tailored to your interests.
- Android Data Safety: On Android, data collected by third-party SDKs is encrypted in transit and handled according to the provider’s privacy standards.
Third-Party Services
While we do not personally collect data, we utilise third-party SDKs (including Unity Ads and StoreKit) to facilitate advertising and in-app purchases. These services handle your data according to their own respective privacy policies. Bubble Grotto does not sell user data to third parties.
Ad-Free Option
Bubble Grotto may offer an “Ad-Free” version via an in-app purchase. When ads are disabled, third-party advertising tracking and identifiers are no longer utilised during gameplay.
Children’s Privacy
Bubble Grotto does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app is designed to be fully functional without the submission of any personal data. Bubble Grotto does not require users to create an account or log in. The app can be used without providing personal information.
All gameplay occurs locally on the user’s device. The app does not access contacts, photos, media files, the microphone, the camera, or other personal device data.
